Certain products sold by Element Tattoo Supply are considered bulk items due to size, weight, quantity, or special handling requirements.
Bulk Items May Include
- Large quantity orders
- Tattoo furniture or equipment
- Heavy or oversized products
- Freight or pallet shipments
- OEM or wholesale packs
Bulk item classification is determined by Element Tattoo Supply.
Shipping
- Bulk items are excluded from flat-rate shipping.
- Shipping costs are calculated based on size, weight, and delivery requirements.
- Additional freight charges may apply after checkout if necessary.
- Freight and shipping fees are non-refundable once shipped.
Returns & Cancellations
- Bulk items are final sale unless approved in writing before purchase.
- Orders canceled after processing may be subject to fees.
Damaged Items
Damage or defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with original packaging and photos.
